What makes a video we can use
- Somewhere quiet. No TV, radio, or music in the background — we can't use the video if there's music playing behind you.
- Hold the phone upright and steady, arm's length away, with a window or lamp in front of you rather than behind.
- Thirty to sixty seconds is perfect. Say what you were dealing with, why you tried it, and what changed.
- Your own words. Don't read a script, and please don't say it treats or cures anything — we can't use those parts.
- Show the jar for a second or two if you have it nearby.
